Returns;

South East Gates & Automation will accept returns at their absolute sole discretion. All returns must be in original undamaged and unused condition with undamaged packaging. Returns must be received by South East Gates & Automation at the cost of the purchaser. South East Gates & Automation will not accept any costs in association with any return.

Warranty;

South East Gates & Automation offer a 5 year manufacturers warranty on gate motors and BFT products sold online by South East Gates & Automation. Warranties will be claimed and processed in compliance with the manufacturers warranty processes.

South East Gates provides a warranty of 60 days on all gate hardware (not including motorisation items), that items shall be fit for purpose from date of sale. This warranty is provided on a return to base basis. South East Gates & Automation are not responsible for transport or freight costs, or any other costs incurred by insurance warranty claims.

South East Gates & Automation provide a 2 year parts replacement warranty on all gate frames, and gate installations carried out by South East Gates & Automation from date of install or invoice. No warranties will apply to products that are physically damaged, or water damaged. Batteries are not covered by warranty.
